For nearly 20 years, her professional interests have revolved around communication and PR activities. Since 2008, she has been the Head of the Communication and External Affairs Department at the food company Mondelez Poland. She has been responsible for relations with the media and stakeholders, Public & Government Affairs, internal and external communication, crisis management and consumer relations. Agnieszka Kępińska-Sadowska is responsible for children’s marketing, self-regulation issues, she co-manages and supports communication activities of key marketing projects for such brands as Milka, Oreo, BelVita, Prince Polo, Lubisie; and previously also for Jacobs. Between 2014 and 2016, she served as Manager Internal Communications for Mondelez in Europe. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Management Board and Chairperson of the Nutrition Committee of the Polish Federation of Food Industry (PFPŻ); a long-term member of the Audit Committee of the Union of Associations Advertising Council. She has actively participated in the work on self-regulation for food advertising aimed at children. She worked for 8 years in Public Relations agencies, including more than 3 years in the Polish branch of Edelman, a renowned international PR agency, where she headed the Consumer PR Unit and projects for the largest FMCG companies, such as Chiquita, Coca-Cola and earlier Diageo and Groupe SEB. She specialises in internal communication and product campaigns. She gives lectures and provides training in the field of public speaking and communication for leaders, media relations and trends in communication and PR, e.g. at Tischner European University in Krakow. She graduated from law and management & marketing at the University of Silesia.
