She is responsible for strategy and development within TVN Media, specialising in the area of modern content-based products using the synergy of linear, ott, social, and content commerce content. She manages the transformation of processes within the area of content commercialisation, based on data, modern technologies and efficiency solutions for the customer/consumer/user.

She is active within Discovery Women’s Newtork, co-organising TedxWarsawWomen as part of the ecosystem, or introducing a development programme for managers to promote the internal career development of diverse talents.
