At Coca-Cola HBC since April 2017. She has more than 25 years of experience in managing public affairs strategies and broader public relations, communications and sustainable development, as well as crisis management, gained at major international companies such hak Philip Morris, Coca-Cola Poland, Allianz or Grupa Żywiec (HEINEKEN Group). She is an active member of numerous industry and business organizations – currently chairwoman of the beverage and water committee and vice president at the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of the bail system operator kaucja.pl.
For years she has been associated with major international brands, through which she has been active both on the Advertising Council, where she represented direct members such as Coca-Cola Poland and the Żywiec Group. For many years she was also active in the International Advertising Association in Poland, first as a member of the Supervisory Board and from 2013 to 2017 as Vice President of the organization.
Passionate about art and travel. A collector of photographs and former gallerist. She actively supports the Society of Friends of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. Katarzyna Borucka is a graduate of the Faculty of English Philology at the University of Gdansk, the Studio of Artistic Photography of the ZPAF in Warsaw and the postgraduate course “History of Art and Contemporary Visual Culture” of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. She has also completed a number of training programs at IMD in Geneva and SDA Bocconi School of Management, among others.

She gained experience in strategy working for Kantar as a strategist at Leo Burnett, strategy director at Isobar and Grey. She worked for 10 years as a marketing strategy consultant at Stratosfera Added Value, where she was responsible, among other things, for the launch of the Play brand and for the positioning and strategy of ING’s brand portfolio. She has lectured for PTBRiO and Puls Biznesu, and her articles have been published in Harvard Business Review Poland, among others. She is a multiple Effie winner – for the launch of the Play brand, IKEA communications, Frog and the YES Grand Prix. She has sat on the Effie, Euro Effie and KTR competition jury several times. Active member of the Copy Advice Committee of the Advertising Council for more than three years.  Member of the Supervisory Board in the last term.
For more than 30 years associated with the advertising industry in Poland and European markets. She has won many awards, titles and honors, and the companies she has managed have climbed the rankings. She managed 30 advertising markets at MEC, now Wavemaker. Under her guidance, in a few years MEC grew from 5th-6th place in the agency ranking to first place. It held between first and third place for many years. Wavemaker in Poland ranked 1st in cumulative performance for 20 years at the Effie Awards. CEO of GroupM in Poland until 2019.
Actively participated in building the SAR Marketing Communication Association, long-time member of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, President of SAR in 2 terms. She built Effie Awards in Poland. For many years a member of the organizing committee and juror. She won numerous industry awards. Among others: winner of “100 Women of Business” (Puls Biznesu), Media Man (Media Trends), 50 Most Influential Women in Poland (Home and Market), 25 Legendary Personalities of the Polish Media and Marketing Industry (MiMP), Media Agency of the Year.
Active on the international scene. Jury member/president in various international competitions, such as: Cannes Lions, EFFIE, European MiXX Awards, Golden Drums, Golden Hammer, Cristal Awards etc., as well as local ones such as Media Trends, Effie.
Continuously associated with the industry. Juror in the European MIXX Awards, as well as in the Romanian and Bulgarian editions of the award. Member of the Effie jury in Poland (MBS).
She willingly shares her knowledge and experience, supports young talents, works pro bono in the role of mentor for many organizations, e.g.: for the Foundation of Business Women Leaders, Network of Entrepreneurial Women, LeaderShe Association. She has almost 20 years of experience in the media industry on the side of broadcasters and media houses. She is responsible for strategy and development within TVN Media, specialising in the area of modern content-based products using the synergy of linear, ott, social, and content commerce content. She manages the transformation of processes within the area of content commercialisation, based on data, modern technologies and efficiency solutions for the customer/consumer/user. She is active within Discovery Women’s Newtork, co-organising TedxWarsawWomen as part of the player.pl ecosystem, or introducing a development programme for managers to promote the internal career development of diverse talents. Winner of the Effie Awards for effectiveness. Previously, she managed Media Direction OMD.
CMO, member of the Management Board of the Association of the Employers of the Internet Industry IAB Poland. In IAB since November 2013. He is responsible for development, marketing communication and relations with association members. DIMAQ Trainer. Before joining IAB, he worked at Wirtualna Polska, where he held the position of Deputy Director of the advertising offer development department and was responsible for AdTotal’s multi-channel advertising network strategy, sales policy and implementation of new products, e.g. mobile advertising and RTB platform (2011-2013). Experienced legal manager, for 8 years associated with the Żabka Group, responsible mainly for the areas of corporate governance, competition law and compliance as well as comprehensive legal services for international expansion. Actively supports the authorities of the Żabka Group in contacts with external stakeholders, being, among others, a permanent representative at the ZS Rada Reklamy since the beginning of the accession of Żabka Polska Sp. z o.o. as a supporting member. Member of the Board of Directors of two Żabka Group companies – Żabka Development Sp. z o.o. and Zabka Deutschland GmbH. Prior to joining ¯abka, he worked for a large international manufacturing group in the timber industry as a legal advisor.
She is an Effective and experienced strategist with 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. A leader with extensive management experience and successes backed by results. Graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in sociology and an MBA from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw. She gained professional experience in the largest pharmaceutical companies in Poland, where she managed marketing teams in OTC departments. In her work, she emphasizes dialogue, respect and humility. She translates passion and commitment into high-quality products and marketing communications and sales increases, and consequently into organizational success. He strives to promote education on the appropriate use of OTC drugs, dietary supplements and medical devices. She has been managing various brand and category portfolios for more than 15 years. Initially within the Polish market and then within the global market working at Henkel’s headquarters in Dusseldorf. She was responsible for developing innovations in domestic markets such as the USA, Mexico, Dubai, Iran and Korea, as well as in selected European markets. Within Henkel, she created new departments (e.g. Digital & Ecommerce, Henkel Consumer Brands Marketing). In addition to marketing, she also worked in sales (KAM), Trade Marketing and Ecommerce.
The innovations she has developed have won multiple awards in consumer competitions. She is a member of many industry initiatives and competitions: e.g. Effie jury member, IAB Forum Program Council member, Insummit Program Council member. Expert in food law, food safety and quality, sustainable development and consumer communications. At Nestlé, he is responsible for the scope of food legislation and contacts He serves as vice president of the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers Employers’ Association. He is also a board member of the Polish Association of Food Industry Employers in the Lewiatan Confederation. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Human Nutrition of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, where he completed his studies, obtained his doctoral degree and with which he actively cooperates.
More than 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs and issue management, gained in business and the public sector. He started working at MSLGROUP in 2014. Previously, he was, among other things, an advisor at international PR agencies and served as a spokesperson for the Warsaw City Council. Since 2016, he has been co-head of the American Chamber of Commerce’s marketing and communications committee.
He is an expert in communication support for business. He has extensive experience in implementing projects for clients in the energy, industrial and defense industries. He is an advisor to multinationals for which he develops strategies for communication, reputation management and relationship building with opinion leaders. An area of special interest for him is communication support for the changes that are taking place as a result of technological and industrial advances.

Piotr Kwiecień gained managerial experience in the FMCG sector and then in the telecommunications industry. He started his professional career at 3M Poland, in the sales and marketing department. He was Commercial Director at Scandinavian Tobacco based in Denmark. Then he held the position of Vice President of the Polish branch of Ericsson, and after the establishment of Sony Ericsson Poland he became its General Director. Afterwards, he was involved in advisory activities and worked as a manager for PLL LOT, Dominet Fortis Bank and Lyreco Poland. For several years he worked in the National Sports Centre, a company operating the National Stadium, where he was responsible for the commercial activities of the facility and took part in the preparations for EURO 2012. From 2017, he worked for the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers as Director of Business Development. He is married with two sons. He devotes his free time to active recreation and reading books.
A student of Pedagogy at the University of Warsaw. She is educated in the area of child and family social and educational support. In 2018- 2019 she worked as a volunteer in a kindergarten teaching art classes. In 2022, she did a teaching internship at an orphanage, where she helped care for children. She also worked as a Polish language tutor, preparing young people for their high school and eighth-grade exams. Since 2023, she has worked at the Advertising Council as an assistant to the Advertising Council Office. Her hobby is sailing. She devotes her free time to professional internships at camps and colonies as a tutor and instructor of children and teenagers.
