Chair of the Advertising Council. Łukasz Kowalski has over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, Public Affairs and issue management, gained both in business and the public sector. He started working at MSLGROUP in 2014. Earlier, he was an advisor in international PR agencies and acted as a spokesperson for the Warsaw City Council. Since 2016, he has been the co-chairman of the Marketing and Communication Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce. Łukasz has extensive experience in implementing projects for clients from the energy, industrial and defense sectors. He is an advisor to international corporations for which he creates strategies for communication, reputation management and building relationships with opinion leaders. The area of his particular interest is communication support for changes that are taking place as a result of technological and industrial progress. She joined the Havas Media Group in 2010 and has been CEO of the Havas Media Group since the end of 2013, managing a team of over 200 people. Previously, she held the position of Managing Director at Burda Group, and before that, for 14 years, she worked at MEC (currently Wavemaker). She is responsible for strategy and development within TVN Media, specialising in the area of modern content-based products using the synergy of linear, ott, social, and content commerce content. She manages the transformation of processes within the area of content commercialisation, based on data, modern technologies and efficiency solutions for the customer/consumer/user. She is active within Discovery Women’s Newtork, co-organising TedxWarsawWomen as part of the player.pl ecosystem, or introducing a development programme for managers to promote the internal career development of diverse talents. Winner of the Effie Awards for effectiveness. Previously, she managed Media Direction OMD.

Malgorzata Skonieczna joined the PepsiCo team in 1993 in Poland and has since held various positions in marketing, communications and external relations. Prior to her position in the Central Europe business unit, she worked successively as Director of External Communications for Europe previously as Director of External Relations for Eastern Europe, where she was responsible for the territories of Russia, Ukraine and Poland; and as Director of Marketing for Central Europe. Since March 2005, she has been President of the Board of Directors of the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers. From 2006 to 2009, she also served as Vice President of the Confederation of Food and Beverage Industries in the European Union. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce.

From 2006 to 2017, he worked for 3M, holding the position of government sector relations leader for 3M companies in Poland. Before, he worked for public relations agencies and state institutions such as: Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Social Policy, the Polish Sejm. Since 2011, he has been President of the Management Board of the Road Safety Partnership Association. Expert in the “Helping is Power” (Pomoc To Moc) Programme run by PZU SA. Member of the Council of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and the Council for Social Dialogue in Agriculture (advisory body to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development). Member of the Expert Council of the ThinkTank Centre for Dialogue and Analysis.
Since October 2018, Beata Rożek has served as Head of Corporate Affairs at Mars Poland, where she is responsible for Mars Wrigley segment. Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Social Communications of the Jagiellonian University. She has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate affairs, internal communication, external communication, stakeholder relations and sustainable development, which she gained while working for companies in the retail and FMCG sectors, such as Philip Morris, Tesco, Żywiec Zdrój (Danone Group) and Ahold. She was a member of the team which developed and implemented an employee engagement and communication strategy during the merger of Ahold and Carrefour. As Corporate Responsibility Manager at Tesco, she was responsible for creating Tesco’s CSR strategy in Poland and for implementing key projects within this strategy, as well as for developing a CSR report for the company in accordance with the GRI reporting standard. She laid the basis for Tesco’s corporate foundation in Poland and served as the foundation’s first President of the Management Board. As Manager Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Poland, Beata worked closely with various external stakeholders, including local authorities and business associations. She was also in charge of the internal communications department, ensuring communication and managing the engagement of approximately 5,000 employees in four legal entities – from production departments to shared services centres – during a period of changes in the business model and reformulation of the company’s mission. Her work has been recognised on numerous occasions, including being ranked by the Responsible Business Forum on the list of “Women of Responsible Business in Poland”, and her CSR projects have been awarded in the “Stevie Awards” competition. Beata Rożek has also been a jury member in this competition for 3 years.

Piotr Kwiecień gained managerial experience in the FMCG sector and then in the telecommunications industry. He started his professional career at 3M Poland, in the sales and marketing department. He was Commercial Director at Scandinavian Tobacco based in Denmark. Then he held the position of Vice President of the Polish branch of Ericsson, and after the establishment of Sony Ericsson Poland he became its General Director. Afterwards, he was involved in advisory activities and worked as a manager for PLL LOT, Dominet Fortis Bank and Lyreco Poland. For several years he worked in the National Sports Centre, a company operating the National Stadium, where he was responsible for the commercial activities of the facility and took part in the preparations for EURO 2012. From 2017, he worked for the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers as Director of Business Development. He is married with two sons. He devotes his free time to active recreation and reading books.

She is a graduate of Japanese Studies at the University of Warsaw, and as a scholarship holder of the Rotary Club and the Ministry of Education of Japan, she received a diploma from Kyushu University. She is also a graduate of Intercultural Relations at the University of Warsaw and a PhD programme in sociology at Collegium Civitas.

In 2018- 2019 she worked as a volunteer in a kindergarten teaching art classes. In 2022, she did a teaching internship at an orphanage, where she helped care for children. She also worked as a Polish language tutor, preparing young people for their high school and eighth-grade exams. Since 2023, she has worked at the Advertising Council as an assistant to the Advertising Council Office. Her hobby is sailing. She devotes her free time to professional internships at camps and colonies as a tutor and instructor of children and teenagers.
