He moved to IAB Poland from Wirtualna Polska, where he served as deputy director of the division for the development of the advertising offer and was accountable for the strategy of the AdTotal multi-channel advertising network, sales policy and the launch of new products, such as mobile advertising and the RTB platform (2011–2013). Previously, he held the position of sales director at DGCS SA and sales manager at Infor Lex in the Infor PL group. From 2004 to 2009, he was PR and marketing director at Datev Symfonia. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Management Studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Legal counsel specialising in advertising law. Since 2008 employed at Procter & Gamble, currently in the position of senior legal counsel, where she is responsible, among others, for supporting P&G’s advertising communications and local marketing initiatives in Central Europe. Privately, mum of Wituś and Zosia, a lover of books, dancing and various sports (AZS skiing instructor and certified yacht steersperson).
Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and participant in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Has comprehensive experience in marketing and advertising. Represented advertising agencies, local and international, such as Longin Studio and JWT Thompson/Parintex, part of WPP. He managed advertising sales and marketing in the media – including as a Management Board Member and Director of the Advertising Bureau of the Eurozet Group, which includes Radio ZET, Chilli ZET, Antyradio and others. He operated the Maxus media house, part of the world’s leading media agency group, GroupM, as its President of the Management Board and CEO in Poland. As a marketer, he worked, among others, for BP Poland and managed Trec Nutrition. He is currently leading projects focused on digital transformation of enterprises and development of e-commerce channels. Long-time juror and participant in advertising competitions and festivals including, among others, as chair of the Effie jury group and member of the Effie Committee. He was also involved in social activities, including as a member of the Council of the Radio ZET Foundation or as an independent expert in the Promotion Committee of the Kraków City Council.
Co-founder of the Climate Strategies Poland Foundation; at the Foundation, she works on the climate strategies of the businesses and on supporting a thoughtful approach to climate change, building awareness of climate change and its slowdown. For her press interviews, she received the Grand Press, the Dariusz Fikus and MediaTory awards. She is the author of books, including “Bez znieczulenia. Jak powstaje człowiek” (2014), “Straty. Żołnierze z Afganistanu” (2015; together with Maksymilian Rigamonti), “Dorosnąć do śmierci” (2016; together with Maksymilian Rigamonti), as well as “Echo” (together with Maksymilian Rigamonti), the winner in the Pictures of the Year International 2018 competition. Climate Officer at Orange Polska. Responsible for designing, implementing and promoting the implementation of the cross-sectional #OrangeGoesGreen climate strategy and activities. The approach combines responsibility for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, seeking stakeholder value, and making a broader “green” impact by Orange Polska (OPL) as the Polish market leader. OPL’s overarching, scientifically proven goal is to achieve net climate neutrality by 2040 for all of the company’s emissions (Scopes 1, 2 and 3, hence both its own emissions and across the value chain). In the short term, OPL is focused on significant reduction of its own emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) – by 2025, they will have been reduced by at least 65% compared to 2015. OPL’s efforts are yielding tangible results: 2022 closed with a -38% reduction in emissions compared to 2015, and the company confirmed that it would meet its 2025 goals in advance.
