He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. A shareholder in an advertising group consisting of Just and Men at Work advertising companies and Media Concept media buying house. He has been operating in the advertising industry since the early 1990s. Since 1994, he has been vice president of board and client service director at Just advertising company. He was in charge of the client service department for two decades. Since 2014, he has been responsible for the company’s  organisation, day-to-day management and finance. He is member of the SAR Advertising Communication Association.
In 2010-2013 he was  member of the SKM SAR Arbitration by Fellow Members and the Organisation Committee on Effie Awards in 2015-2016.
