
After graduating in 1986 in Chemical Engineering, started her professional career in R&D at Pollena-Miraculum cosmetics company in Poland, followed by R&D post at York University in Canada. Since 1990 until present, employed by P&G at several international assignments in Canada, Belgium and Poland, at positions ranging from R&D, regulatory affairs, communication and PR to government relations. Managed diverse and remote teams, leading them through several significant organizational transformations. Corporate coach and trainer.
Her mission is “Helping others succeed”. Currently Associate Director Global Government Relations & Public Policy Central Europe and the European Union Policy; Member of the Management Board P&G Central Europe.
For over 20 years engaged in industry association work. Since 2006 Chair of the Board of the Polish Association of Cosmetic and Detergent Industry. As of 2016 a Member of the Board of the Lewiatan Manufacturers’ Union, and as of 2019 Member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Union of Associations for Advertising Council. As of 2015 P&G Public Affairs representative at Cosmetics Europe industry association in Brussels.
