Chief Commercial Officer of the IPG Mediabrands Polska Group till 2020. She worked at the Comedy Theater as a literary secretary and in the broadcasting team of Polish Radio. Since 1993, she has worked with the IPG group – first as the Buying Director of the McCann Erickson advertising agency, and after the creation of Universal McCann Media House in 1999 as a board member, and then the company’s vice president. She also co-founded the first negotiating group Magna Global Polska on the Polish market and from the very beginning of its operation participated in the management of this company. She negotiated media contracts representing the largest advertising budgets on the Polish market (among others for the following brands: L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, GM, GSK, Nestle, Benckiser, Polkomtel, Allegro, PKO Bank Polski, Media Saturn and many others) in the management board and then in the supervisory board of the SAR Marketing Communication Association.
Member of the Organizing Committee of the first Innovation AD (formerly Media Trendy) in 2015. For several years, she has been cooperating with the House of Skills Negotiation School. From the beginning of the existence of the Advertising Ethics Committee, she has sat on the panel of arbitrators representing the promoters’ curia. She participated in the works of the industry dialogue and was on the list of experts who worked on creating the White Paper of the Marketing Communication Industry. A graduate of the Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw. In free time she listens to baroque and jazz music, reads and cooks. She likes traveling, especially around Europe.
